TOURE
Role: Product Manager/ Product Designer (Solo Project // 1 week)
Goal: Define and problem and validate a solution

The Problem
Real estate agents typically view new properties on the market at least once a week. This is known as a Broker’s Tour. Hours are spent preparing for the tour and following up with clients afterwards. Customer interviews validated clear pain points with the current process:
Agents waste time creating a list of properties to tour, sometimes pulling together from multiple sources such as the Multiple Listing Service and local real estate boards.
Agents must figure out the order in which to view properties most efficiently.
Agents often tour together, and want to share and update those tours with each other.
After tour, agents sift through flyers and call clients individually to share properties.
Agents expressed excitement over an app that would make this process more efficient. Multiple Listing Services (MLS) in various cities/ counties are currently promoting adoption of a digital touring app and attempting to improve their tour distribution to agents.
The Solution
I created a mobile app that streamlines touring and the property sharing process for agents allowing them to work more efficiently. Users can pick from a pre-populated list of open homes and automatically map them. The list can be sorted by location or price. Agents can share tours with each other and share properties directly with their clients.
